Szyszkowitz
Paul Szyszkowitz is Co-CEO of Pharmacom and Co-founder of Lacus Legacy, a long-term, hands-on investment firm. He invested in Pharmacom and took on operational leadership to drive sustainable growth.

He began his career at Bain & Company, advising leading European organizations on strategy and operations. Paul studied Finance at the London School of Economics and Mechanical Engineering at ETH Zurich, combining analytical and technical expertise.

Binder
Axel Binder is COO of Pharmacom and the company’s original co-founder. After building the business with Christian Eder, he chose to stay on for the next growth phase, retaining a significant stake and continuing to lead operations.

He brings deep expertise in IT services, operational excellence, and quality control. Previously, he was IT Lead at Schachinger Pharma Logistik, gaining strong experience in pharma logistics and tech-enabled operations.

Siegesleuthner
Christoph Siegesleuthner is Co-CEO of Pharmacom and Co-founder of Lacus Legacy. Together with Paul, he acquired Pharmacom and took operational leadership.

He studied at LSE and began his career in Rothschild’s principal investment team in London, focusing on healthcare companies such as Prospitalia, KidsKonnect, and a radiology platform. He later gained technical and operational experience at Lyvia Group, driving digitalization and European expansion through M&A and partnerships.

Today, with operations across Austria, Germany, and Central Europe, we are trusted by leading global pharmaceutical companies to manage the distribution of some of the world’s most valuable and innovative RX products, often those facing complex supply, demand, and regional distribution challenges.
