Your Responsibilities

• Develop, train, and deploy machine learning models for demand forecasting, risk detection, and quota optimization.
• Build AI-based solutions that support real-time supply monitoring and predictive analytics.
• Collaborate with Data Analysts and Operations to turn data insights into operational improvements.
• Integrate AI modules into our proprietary system Cloey for smarter decision-making.
• Continuously research and test emerging AI technologies (LLMs, anomaly detection, reinforcement learning).
• Ensure compliance with GDP and data protection standards across all AI projects.

What you bring

• 2+ years of experience in machine learning or data science, ideally in a regulated environment (pharma, logistics, healthcare).
• Strong Python skills and familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
• Experience in data preprocessing, modeling, and API integration.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and process stability.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
