Your Responsibilities

• Analyze order, quota, and market data to identify supply trends and optimization potential.
• Design, build, and maintain dynamic dashboards (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Support the development of predictive models with structured datasets.
• Translate data insights into actionable strategies for Operations and Management.
• Ensure high data quality, compliance, and integrity across systems.
• Collaborate closely with the AI and Tech teams to improve automation and reporting workflows.

What you bring

• 2+ years experience as a Data Analyst, ideally in pharma, healthcare, or logistics.
• Excellent SQL and Excel skills; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
• Ability to visualize complex data clearly and intuitively.
• Strong communication skills and beeing able to present insights to non-technical teams.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset.
