Your Responsibilities

• Manage incoming pharmacy orders for the German market through our digital system.
• Review and validate orders, ensuring compliance with process
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for next-day shipments.
• Communicate directly with pharmacies regarding urgent or special orders.
• Monitor order flows and proactively resolve discrepancies.
• Support process optimization and cross-team collaboration to enhance efficiency.

What you bring

• Experience in order handling, logistics, or pharmaceutical distribution.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident working with digital systems and ERP platforms.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken & written).
• Service-oriented mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
